Tired to the bone

I have recently seen a doctor and done blood tests that came back showing no problem. I was sent to a psychiatrist who told me that I have a slight semblance of depression.

I have seen a therapist from years 11-12 because of anxiety and self-harm issues, and because I felt awful mentally. It didn't help.

Lately (in the last few months) I have been getting more and more tired and confused as to what day of the week it is, or what I do. I mess up everything I do, even basic tasks, because I can't concentrate at all. I feel like killing myself every second of the day, I feel really bad even though my lifestyle is alright.

I don't know what to do at this point

It's time you saw a different doctor. Just because a blood test shows nothing wrong does not mean there isn't. There are many different things to look for in a blood test. A doctor needs to order more blood test panels to see what else to look for that can cause your symptoms. Your electrolytes or hormones could be severely compromised. Sounds like your brain is in somewhat of a fog. That can also be from depression. Have they prescribed any medicine for the depression? Do you suffer from anxiety attacks? Check into that as well. This is not all in your mind. Please check with another doctor about your symptoms. Look for one until they get it right. My prayers are with you.

      Thanks for replying!

I saw several doctors and did several blood tests. They looked for anything in my blood that might cause it.

The psychiatrist did not prescribe any meds, as he said that it's not depression so no need to treat it.

I occasionally suffer from anxiety attacks, but it's not very frequent

I also suffered from just bone tiredness. Blood test showed nothing wrong. My doctor suggested a stress test and heart ultrasound. They found my heart muscle had weakened and prescribed a beta blocker and something for my anxiety attacks. My doctor says it will take 3 to 4 months for my muscle to get stronger. Ask your doctor about this. What do you have to lose? Did they check your thyroid as this can also make you very tired. ? Prayers are with you.
