Tiredness

Does anyone else find that some days they are more tired and fatigued than others. I had a rather late night last night so not sure if that hasn't helped either.

    Hi Aileen,

I can't get up some mornings but drag myself out of bed but find I'm tired all day. Today for example I got up at 9am by 3pm I was asleep on the chair. Its like this everyday but I'm usually out and have even found myself falling asleep in the car while waiting for kids to come out of school. How long have you been on the meds?

Hi Kerry, I was out last night (first time in ages) so i was later than normal going to bed, so don't know if that was why I was so fatigued today. I have been on 20mg of citalopram for almost 5 weeks now. Still feeling anxiety attacks tho not quite so bad x

I try not to give into it during the day, that way I know I will sleep at night. I hate if I'm awake during the night as that's when I overthink about everything and get all panicky.
