Tiredness

I have been feeling better recently with little pain and a modicum of stiffness. As a result I felt well enough to organise a BBQ for some friends on Tuesday.

It went well, though I did find prep tiring. However, since then I have been like the living dead, and no I did not drink much at all, yesterday was spent having a bath and sleeping, then going to bed really early. Today, Thursday is little better.

Does anyone else find that just a little effort leaves them useless for several days?

    Hi there. I have tried over the years to keep mobile but some days it is such an effort and even after a nice walk today I got home and fell asleep. Tiredness goes hand in hand with AS but the stronger you get the better you feel.

    Hi Ridley  I too have AS also ostearitis of the spine I was actually wondering why I always felt tired and everything I wanted to do was such an effort I am on medication but not much joy but it's the tiredness what gets me down because all I want to do is rest and sleep. When I take my Chihuahua dog out for a short walk it can feel like I have done the Marathan I am exsuated and need to sit down and rest I thought it could be me getting lazy I as not a ware of this tiredness so thank you I hope your tiredness eases up I hate it.
