I’m hypothyroidism, recently had levothyroxine from 25 to 75mg but had reduce after 4 days down to 50mg as was getting palpitations, I’m just so tired and feel lethargic most days, due my bloods done again on 26 july.

So sorry to hear you are feeling so tired. Have you tried taking any natural,supplements that might help? A complex B Vitamin and also Magnesium,with Zinc might be worth a try. I hope when your blood results come back you might get some more help in this ongoing battle to feel 'well'.
