Tiredness due to DV

This is so annoying ! hope someone can help

so i had my 2nd infection i think ? in a year

this i think is an infection as the bowel movement has changed, the pains in my legs and hip during the day and night, the feeling of totally wiped out an hour after i have eaten !

is this an infection or an attack ?

my first infection was last year whilst on holiday and did not know what the hell it was! got so bad i was violently sick and severe chills then was diagnosed

please can someone tell me what is an attack ans how do we know when it is an infection ?
