Well you've had a few tests and nothing found. Most of the time the simplest answer is the right answer. You are describing the symptoms of plain old fashioned Anxiety.

Your tiredness is most likely mental fatigue because you are thinking and obsessing about your condition constantly. Constantly worried as you have no idea what's wrong with you, which in turn causes fear. This fear and stress sensitizes the nerves in your nervous system. Sensitized nerves are what is likely causing all these crazy symptoms you are mentioning. Don't worry as sensitized nerves can be brought back to there natural state once you get and understanding of your condition and learn to accept and stop fearing them.

im going to message you some audio links that I would highly recommend you listen to them.

Completely agree with Sonic. I've been experiencing the same symptoms over the past few weeks. I would add, though, that you may very well have an issue with your inner ear. Don't worry, inner ear problems are never serious and usually treatable. What makes me think this is the case is your combination of dizziness and symptoms of anxiety. The inner ear is responsible for your balance and can lead to dizziness if damaged in any way. However, for reasons not yet fully understood, patients who suffer inner ear damages very often also experience anxiety. That form of damage seems to be extremely closely linked to anxiety and even depression in some cases.

I would recommend visiting a physiotherapist. You can look up "dizziness clinics near me" or "physiotherapists near me" and see if you can book an appointment. They can be a bit pricey, but well worth getting a solid diagnosis.

Best of luck and hope you feel better.

Thanks all for your prompt reply.

    Few things to add here

    1) took medication for inner ear imbalance, did not help

    2) Sometimes I get forced feeling in heart, discomfort feeling/heavy in left chest, minor headache, unable to concetrate

    3) I have done ecg, tmt, echo, thyroid, liver and kidney functions test. All okay.

    4) some doctors told vitamin D difficiency and some told vitamin E difficiency

    5) consulted nuro too.. did some tests and gave tablets for inner ear infection which did not healped me

    6) as these symptoms are reoccurring since few years and they are related to heart and dizzi, I have fear that its releated to heart problem

    7) I also thinks that there are aomething docs are missing

    8) these symptoms started post my marriage, but I have no issues to believe that these symptoms are related to generelized anxiety disorder

    8) I used to take lexapro and laxaton just to roolout anxiety issue. But did not complated course fully.

Please reply, your inputs means a lot to me. Thanks in advance.

      Baba,

You have no doubt seen numerous docs and by the sounds of it they can't find nothing wrong with you. For some reason you have no faith in these docs and have come on here on the Internet asking random strangers for help with your ailments.

Why have the docs found nothing wrong with you? Because there is a 99% chance that there is indeed nothing physically wrong with you. The Drs have done lots of tests and have found nothing structurally wrong with you. Let that sink in a little bit.

if you have been suffering for a year or years. If it was anything serious it would have manifested it's self by now and if it indeed was organic in nature, then you can bet you would have gotten worse.

You say you have no issues that can be causing you have Anxiety? Just by reading your post I can tell that your health is causing Anxiety. Worrying about symptoms, scared because you don't know what's going, bewildered at the docs not having any answers, scared there's no cure, am I going to be like this for life?

I could on on and on about the anxious thoughts that are going round your head constantly which in turn is causing Anxiety.

Forget about pills curling Anxiety as they surely don't. Look up the method Face, accept. Float and let time pass. Don't just briefly look it up but track down its original source and read up on it.

Thanks for your reply.  I have been betting day long diziness, sometimes along with discomfort in heart and feels like fainting.

These symptoms are following me all the day only when in not sleeping.

Its hard to my self that these symptoms are related to anxiety when i have been experiencing physical symptoms.

These symptoms are starting just like that with out a reason and continue all day. Should I continue to take my anxiety disorder medicine?

Thanks a lot for your audio clips, yet to go through. I dont want to argue with you, but I just want to be like me as i was before. Thanks for understanding.
