TKR burning pain in the knee and 80% bend after 3 months Help

Hello, I had TKR first time April, reopened and washed out in May after infection the liner was replaced. After the first operation I was getting good movement bend to 100%. This time my knee burns almost constantly, feels like steel bands around it, and also at the ankle, and I cant get bend past 80%. My kneecap sits proud and I still have swelling. Physio nurse said to wait for swelling to subside and it should improve, but that was several weeks ago. Trying to bend it further feels like it fixes and the pain goes through the roof. Has anyone else had this happen, and will it improve over time.

Am 11 weeks post op. DID super well bending and walking-recovery went well. My only problem is burning on the side if my knee. Surgeon said he thinks its a nerve pinched in my back, so I went to back ortho who has ordered MRI for this week. IDK!!

I also have the burning pain, as well as pain and swelling and knee is always hot. Diagnosed as Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. Neuritis from surgical trauma. I'm worse now than prior to surgery. After 22 months, I'm having a pain blocker inserted in my back. Get to a pain specialist. My surgeon kept saying that there was nothing wrong, but he finally gave in and sent me to a pain specialist.
