TKR Sept 2019

I had my TKR in September 2019. I was doing good the first few months, but then I had some health issues, and wasn't able to do my exercises as much as I should. I'm feeling better now, but my range of motion is back to about 95degrees, and i have pain and stiffness. is it too late to work to get my knee stronger and more flexible?

Nope...just pick up where you left off. Then add the muscle rebuild for your quads, glutes, core, etc. The regained muscle strength takes the load off your knee.

I had bilateral knee replacement in December 2019, My left knee was not getting the ROM my right knee was, so I concentrated on the left, and in doing so lost the ROM in my right knee. Now I am working on the right knee to get it to be the same as the left knee, and while it is coming slowly, it is actually getting more range. I think if you don't overdo it and work slowly at it, it will come back. I also have pain and stiffness, surprisingly it is more intense in my left knee, which is the one with the increased ROM. I think that this road to recovery is a very windy one, with no direction or reason as to the destination.
