TKR sleep

Hello everyone!

I'm only new here,I had my TKR last Thursday .

My question to you all ,because, recognising that sleeping is part of healing , is...

Which way,has anyone found is their most comfortable to sleep?

I'm finding night times very painful at present, after exercises,it's a relief to lie down for a little while but during the long night ,lying down is awful.

I've been using a pillow under my knee ,I've also been sitting up and going the same thing .

I'd welcome any advice ,thank you x
