TMJ Arthroscopy

Hey - I had arthroscopy on both sides of my jaw about 3 weeks ago and I need to go back at some point to see the surgeon but I imagine it's not going to be any time soon with the current climate. I just had my doctors notes through and am wondering if anyone can translate it into something more meaningful who knows this area please?

Diagnosis: TMJ dysfunction

Treatment: Bilateral TMJ arthroscopy

Findings: Grossly disrupted right joint with exposed bone, disc? intact. Left joint grade 4 fibrillation and hyperaemia, disc intact.
