Tmj driving me mad

hi i had a fall off a ladder back in 2021 and i had my elbow reconstructed and i have lost alot of movement in my arm and is resulted in 2 surgerys and now have chronic regional syndrome. this has lead to me being stressed and anxious. last year i started to clench down and grind my jaw. i see the dentist who made me a mouth splint that i wear at night and during the day sometimes. the last 4 weeks have been a night mare i have bony lumps on my gums from constant clenching. i have oral and maxillo in kingston hospital (last year) and they said the lumps are big enough to do anything with. i now have a throbbing lump above my canine. went to dentist last week took xrays no infection nothing there just said its stress and clenching. i got referred to guy and st thomas hospital last month and they rejected my referall and put on the notes that i need a bite raising appliance ( i thought this is what i already have the mouth splint google dont say to much about it) i keep getting tinitius in one ear and the same ear always feels full. went to the doctors nothing there , seen an audiologist they checked the ears and also nothing there had an mri scan on the ear also nothing there. my face aches, jaw aches and feel lightheaded from time to time. all these doctors seem to do is just give you meds and be on your way. i will not stand for the attidue towards me and i push them to do stuff they have no idea what its like. i went in to doc other day and said do you think were im biting worse on my right side the ear on my right side is being affected as the jaw joint is pretty much inside the ear " she said you know what i make you right " what the hell these people are supposed to be the proffesionals. so i have come to the conclusion it will be better to ask people that are in the same boat as me as we can compare and help. sorry for the long post and thanks in advance
