TMS Therapy?

Has anyone tried this? What was your experience like? My neurologist suggested it but just curious if anyone here has tried it.

For those that don't know what it is, it's a non-invasive procedure that uses magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells in the brain to improve depression/anxiety/mood.

I am curious as well with other people's experiences with this. It has been recommended by my therapist and I'm just waiting for my insurance to go through with it.

I'm not big on taking medication so it sounds like a good alternative. It's a bit pricey (with insurance will be about $550) but if it works then I'm willing to pay.

I only know that I had very good insurance and it would not cover it. It was also very expensive and required follow up treatments. I have not actually had the procedure done.

Thank you for your reply! I'm sorry your insurance didn't cover it. It is super pricey without insurance.

Never heard of it. Would love to know if it works for you. I have been trying brainspotting.
