TN and acupuncture

In my quest to find relief from TN, I read articles where a lot of people tried acupuncture, with excellent results.

To make a long story short,,acupuncture stopped the electric like shocks in my temple and high cheek. It has not stopped all the pain, yet, but  temple pain is no longer a problem.

Hi, someone mentioned the e-acu pen a few days ago, saying that it helped them with residue TN pain.    Most of my pain is controlled with carbemazepine however  as the side effects are not pleasant, I decided not to increase above 1200mg per day which isn't quite enough. I've ordered an e-acu pen from Amazon so I'll let you know  how it goes when it arrives.

Let us know if it works.  Dealing with pain is the main problem.  I can't do drugs so got a surgery called radiofrequency where they burn the nerve into oblivion.  It stops the pain until the nerve grows back.  So really isn't a complete solution.
