TN pain

Are you under Doctors care? I would start keeping a journal and when you do see your Dr. Some people get some relief by applying cold compresses. I started using roll on Aspercreme with Lidocaine and put where needed to relief pain. I got it at pharmacy at CVS over the counter. Hope this helps

    Thank you for sharing i use liquid Lidocaine to swish and numb my mouth feel a few minutes relief but on my face on the outside it doesn't help tried cold and hot presses and it just made it worse . I also use CBD oil drops in tea to help me sleep at least when im in severe pain .
