To tight circumcision

Okay so i got circumcised like 18 months ago, and i have a problem that is causing me alot of trouble.
Whenever i have sexual intercourse i get these small stretch wounds on my penis skin right below where the scar from the circumcision is.
When erect the skin on my penis also feels kinda tight.
So i'm guessing i had a to tight circumcision...
Now my question is what are my options to solve this problem if it can be solves ?
The wounds are like small stretch wounds and they burn and are quite irritating and they always appear in the same area where the skin feels the tightest.

I certainly would not suggest any further surgery to try and sort this out. I think the only thing you can do is put in place a regime of being 'skin friendly' towards the skin of your penile shaft.
Avoid soap and shower gel to wash your penis directly, rinse away these that reach your penis when taking a shower - use water only to clean the penis and make sure the penis is completely dry.
The next two are the important steps: coconut oil has natural skin healing properties and I would get in the habit of applying some once you have dried yourself after each time you shower. A very light film is sufficient.
To deal with the tightness in the skin what you need to achieve is greater elasticity and suppleness in the skin of the shaft of the penis. To achieve this you can also use the coconut oil - but what you need to put in place is a regime of stretching the skin on your penile shaft on a regular basis. Manipulate the skin in as many different directions as you can - particularly, when you are erect, draw the entire skin of the penis towards your body and hold the stretch, start with 5 second hold, then build this to 10, 15 or 20 seconds.
Like any gym exercise it is the number of repetitions and the frequency that you do these stretches that are the important thing. One thing you could try in future is getting some mild corticosteroid cream and this will help to build the suppleness and elasticity in the skin of the shaft of your penis, and can also help the scarring tissue you have to fade (some of these creams you do not need a prescription for).
I am wondering whether you were circumcised for a Phimosis issue as you appear to have some scarring where the foreskin may have been attached to the shaft of your penis?

Hey Wee_Dugie,
I will start to use coconut oil from this moment, and see if it helps in my case.
And i will also put the shower tips into effect.
Also when the little wounds i have atm are healed i will start to try to do these stretch exercises. Now a question involving this do i do these stretching exercises when i have applied coconut oil on the skin or do i apply the coconut oil after the stretching exercises ?
The corticosteroid cream really sounds hopeful, do you know any of these creams that i can buy online ?
I will first try the first tips i can do at home. I also was planning to go to a urologist and ask for advice when i get back from vacation so i can probably get a recipe for a corticosteroid cream.
And yes i was circumcised due to having phimosis, and now you mention it the wounds i got from having sex when i had phimosis are exactly the same kind of wounds i have right now but only a bit lower on the penis skin.
Anyway thanks for your advice, i'm looking forward to your reply.
Greetings

Just to emphasise, as you are dealing with skin that has wounds, you need to do the exercises very gently - even light massage movements using the Coconut Oil will start to build resilience into the penile skin and get it used to movement, But again, I emphasise the gentle.
With the question you ask about when to apply the oil, this would be an ideal sequence: take a shower, apply the coconut oil using very gentle massage movements. In subsequent months, you can use firmer massage action and then if no other issues arise, start to build in some stretches too.
If you think about it, if you are sexually active at the moment the skin of the shaft of your penis will already be quite resilient in terms of elasticity and being able to withstand movement, as your wounds have not re-opened following your circumcision. It is the deliberate stretching movements that would help further - but you can begin these when you feel the skin of your penis is strong enough to withstand such movements.
And yes, the person to recommend the right strength and classification of corticosteroid cream you would be best for you would be the Urologist ....
Once you have seen the Urologist please update your Forum post here - also once you have got a regime in place of the things I suggest, again if you can update in 4 or 5 months that would be really good .......

I know how you feel I end up having the same issue some things I have found that help to loosen up the skin from being circumcised is whenever you are soft try to pull the skin off over the head and hold it there for a little bit also just like he said put some oil on there also how sensitive are you after getting cut also how sensitive were you after getting cut . and on the flip side sometimes being cut tight is a good thing because you don't have to worry about the stuff building up underneath

Hey Stick34,
I'm going to try to do these stretching exercises and hope it works for me 😃.
And sensitivity wise things got much better for me because when i wasn't circumcised i ejaculated rather quickly and now i have much better control over when i ejaculate.
Mind you i also had a frenuloplasty prior to having my circumcision done.
And yeah that's true it's easier to clean right now, but i also would like for it to be that i didn't have these wounds because they really are a big problem for me and the wounds and tight skin are literally obstructing my sex life right now...
But you are right it's important to stay positive.
I'm going to use the tips you guys gave me and let's hope i am a helped man in the near future 😃.
