i was out last night and my big toe got stepped on by someone wearing high pointed heels! since then my toe has felt numb and been throbbing by looking at the photo do you think it will just heel and be fine? or will it effect the nail bed?
my big toe doesent have a nail due to it being removed as of numerous ingrowing toenail so its just a hard bit of skin there.

You have a badly bruised toe,thats why its throbbing. Just keep it clean and it will gradually heal.
