Ive just had my hip replacement is there any benefit with using a toilet pan support...Its just that im struggling sitting down but the physio told me im better not using anything to aid me ..

I think the physio can't have had a hip replacement.
Raising the height of where you sit will make life so much easier for you. Don't even think about struggling with this - get one tomorrow!

When I had mine done, I was given a toilet raiser seat. Not allowed to sit on anything low.
