Told by the dr that hpylori doesn’t have symptoms

Hi I'm new to all of this so i will try & keep this short. Just needing some support & clarification.

Jan 2022 I became really unwell I had bad reflux, bad pains under my ribs, fatigue & just really sick. A CT scan came back clear so i was told it was just gastritis. I had 2 full weeks off work until the symptoms eased, but never felt like I fully recovered.

March 2022 I suddenly became really light headed, within 2 days of this all above symptoms were back along with racing pulse, chest pain, back pain, no appetite, body aches etc etc. I went to emergency, blood tests, ecg test were all clear. Again I was told gastritis or maybe an ulcer. This went for 5 full weeks numerous visits to drs. Then for the first time ever I had an anxiety attack & ended up back in ER thinking I was having a heart attack. By chance I was given an appoint with a different dr, as soon as I told him my symptoms he sent me for a hpylori test which was positive. I was put on triple therapy for 7 days & within days of starting I felt back to normal. I wasn't told to keep taking ppi's after the treatment so I returned to normal eating habits & started to feel symptoms again. MY 6 week check up was negative but when talking to the dr he told me that hpylori does not cause all the symptoms i have listed, he said it only causes nausea. 4 months after the treatment i don't feel like i have recovered. A recent dr appoint i was told i should have been taking ppis the whole time for at least 6 months. Just wanting to talk to other people that have had hpylori & hear about their symptoms & recovery.

Thank you for reading
