Hi Gabor your diagnosis of this disease sounds very similar to my husbands like you he suffered months of ill health told he had lung cancer only to be told by an eye specialist it was wegners granulomatosis with polyganitis he has had 2 doses of rituxamab which hasn't worked he is now due to have his 5th treatment of cyclophosmide but knocks him for six and is in and out of hospital due to shortness of breath he is ok when he doesn't move but when he does move he gets out of breath quickly so his mobility is poor it's like he takes 1 step forward then 2 back does it get better in time

Hi Ganor. I was diagnosed last year with Wegeners. My voice now always hoarse. Developed pneumonia about 3 wks ago. Went into hospital and ended up in respiratory failure . Right lung abscesses with empyema. After seeing what they removed from my lung i was amazed at what a terrible serious illness i have. Status post thoracotomy. Dont feel the same. It has tsken a toll on me. The only thing i can tell you is i thank God to let me see and be with husband and 2 kids. Otherwise. I am feeling miserable as well. God bless
