Tongue and mouth sores

I get these spots on my tongue and sometimes under my tongue in the sides of my cheeks ans I’ve had a couple times they have been on my lips. they sometimes are a little painful they mostly feel tingly and they get aggravated by certain foods anybody have any idea what it is dentist originally thought geographic tongue but I feel like since they go all over my mouth its something else

    Sounds like it could be OLP but would need to see photos. I had a dentist and a dermatologist at first say they thought it was geographic tongue but then realized it was OLP. Insides of cheeks being affected is the most common indicator for this.
