Tongue/pallet sores,urethra/foreskin inflammation,confusion/joint pain

i cant narrow it down to one sexual encounter , but ive been having many severe symptoms that are getting worse, they include ~

-urethra inflammation

-foreskin burning

-blisters on pelvis that ooze

-clear urethra discharge

-dull stomach pain

-swollen neck glands

-tongue sores

-sore on pallet that burns and hasn't healed in years

-my upper lip burns and gets red

-mental confusion

-bone aches

-yellowing on the sides of my eye

ive been tested for std'images multiple times and all come up clear . i literally am having a hard time with life i could really use your guys help , what can it be if not a std ?

ive seen almost every specialist out there to no avail !

i do have herpes 1 btw but how can all those symptoms come from that ? i literally feel like im going crazy and dying !

i was thinking ebv or bećhets disease any advice ?
