Tongue papillae

hi everyone

i hope someone can help me

i have been having some issues on my tongue surface for sometime

it first started around end of July 2021 after having a meal that something is stuck on my tongue went to check and saw a lil bump with swollen papillae

somedays it gets better but then they swell and seem like fluid filled lil bubbles when I check in mirror

went to see doc and he said its oral thrush gave me lozenges and thats it

it went on for 3 or 4 months specially after having food and then in Nov it dissapeared.

in Feb this year it came back again after having a spicy meal and its been a roller coaster for me since then.

i have tried evryrything and I have given up

i am so worried il attach some pics pls guide me and help me
