Tongue sores and really bad health anxiety please help

Hey guys, so I have had some weird tongue sores and they are kind of painful but not really, I've been experiencing this for a year and a half but i am pregnant now and my health anxiety is through the roof as well as my depression, so i think every ache pain and problem is cancer or something that will kill me, and i wont be able to see my baby grow up. Have you guys ever had this on your tongue or are you experiencing this? image
