Over the course of a year, this whitish patch/bump seems to have grown on my left tonsil. Naturally, I'm thinking about the worst possible case scenario. I wouldn't be so afraid if my neck wasn't having this persistent feeling of fullness. A CT scan didn't show much other than "possible" mild edema.

Could be a tiny tonsil stone that is forming. Dont worry about it.
