Tonsil stones and sjogrens

I have one tonsil larger than the other because of stones. The ent says its fine. The other tonsil has stones I can't see evidently I don't even know. I'm starting to have chronic inflammation with lymph nodes barely sore. It can come and go from day to day or even which side. I have continuous post nasal drip and my mouth is so dry from sjogren's which makes everything worse. I gargle salt water and apple cider vinegar, brush my teeth and mouth wash all the time and have been using a neti pot at least everyother day. I can't see what's causing the inflammation and the ent isn't going to do anything. However it's driving me insane. I'm terrified to get my tonsils out. That sounds like a recipe for disaster with my sjogren's dryness and constant post nasal drip. I have no clue how those incisions would ever heal or not get infected. Any thoughts? thanks
