I have these white spots on my tonsils for the last two weeks. I don't have pain or scratchiness and I didn't have fever. When I gargle with salty water they're getting better. My boyfriend had a flu two weeks ago and I had sore throat and cough for 3-4 days and then these white spots. Could it be tonsillitis??? Do you think I need medication or it will go away with the gargles? (Yes, my tonsils are always that huge!)
