Tonsilitis?

I’ve been stuck on what this was since I got it. About a month ago I came down with a bug within a day. I had night sweats, muscle aches, a fever, and swollen tonsils coated with green and white stuff (bacteria?) I went to the doctor and got tested for the flu, strep throat, mono, and chlamydia all which came back negative. I was given antibiotics and my symptoms went away in a about a day and the swelling took a few more days to go down. Two weeks prior I had given someone oral and I’m wondering if that has something to do with it. I’ve been reading up on HIV and I saw that these were the symptoms of an early stage of it. I haven’t gotten a rash, but I’m worried. I just want to know what it is.
