I have had tonsillitis on one side since Sunday and was given antibiotics on Tuesday. Since then, I have developed about 7 ulcers on/ around both tonsils which are extremely painful (more painful than the tonsillitis itself). I've been taking paracetamol and ibuprofen but they don't relieve the pain from the ulcers. Is there anything else I can try?
