Too high dosage?

So I was recently at the hospital after a nasty cold turkey from 15mg Zyprexa and 20mg Citalopram. For 9 months i've been tapering at an apperantly too fast rate. Anyways they gave me a week script till I can see a psychiatrist who can hopefully guide me through the process better.

They gave me 5mg zyprexa and 20mg celexa. 20mg is the full dose though and i've been tapering it for 9 months... should I follow their orders and take the full 20 or should I take maybe half that

    Been 2 weeks at a full dose of 20mg and it's really sucked. I can't find the will to lower it though, every time I try I fail. Think I messed myself up with going on and off them so much.

    Don't ever cold turkey before you should lol
