Too hot for people to sleep next to but i don’t feel too hot

For years people have always said I give off loads of heat at night. When someone lies next to me they literally can’t touch me because my skin is too hot. If I leave then it cools down again. I’m not too hot myself and I don’t sweat either so not sure what this would be.

I’m 20 and healthy so I have no idea.

    My husband is like that. Skin so hot I can't sleep clise to him and definetly can't touch. He's been like that his whole like and we are now in 60s. I think some ppl are just like that..No worries..wink

    As terrie has said, some people are just like that,its not abnormal.     These may help

    1]   Dont drink alcohol before bed

    2]  Have a shower as cool as possible before going to bed

    3]   Only have pure cotton bedlinen,and duvet with a natural filling

    4]   Many couples invest in a wide bed for this reason..
