The common causes of low blood pressure are Dehydration, Blood loss, some people that take lots of medicines also have more chance that they have low BP problem. Low blood pressure becomes the main cause of dizziness. Ginger and pepper help to boost blood pressure in very short time. However, consult with doctor to make sure everything is fine if not they will guide you.

Hi Satarupa95, the normal blood pressure as mentioned before me is 110/70. One measure your systolic pressure and one measures your diastolic pressure. BUT 110/70 is only used as an average, everyone is different. My sisters BP has been 105/50 for forever and for her body that seems to be her perfect blood pressure. Nothing at all to worry about, but school is very demanding and mentally challenging, try easing up just a bit, health comes before anything else. Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water and eating and exercising well!
