Too many antibiotics?

About a year ago I took some antibiotics (josamycin), and my stool had become mushy after that. Later this year I took another two rounds of antibiotics (ornidazole, nifuratel). It didn't change my stool too much, but my abdomen area hurt. I had candida after that. So in a couple of months after eating fatty food for a week or so, my stomach started having some discomfort. I went to see 3 doctors and got some tests done. Turned out I have gastritis, gut dysbiosis, and I tested positive for HP, and I have staphylococcus aureus. So two doctors prescribed me 1 antibiotic (metronidazole) and probiotics. And third one told me I should eradicate HP, and prescribed me 2 antibiotics. I have no idea what I should do? I'm afraid of taking another round of antibiotics.

Too many antibiotics can work against you and actually provoke a worse infection, this is why doctors take it steady and slow when prescribing antibiotics, naturally.
