Hey Artycam I had the same with the Metro managed to get through but they aint nice. I was ok after 4 days on the antibiotics so that they could take out the root, mine was due to a duffed filling. Which tooth is it, mine was a rear molar with 3 roots which was a right git. If you have sore through and swolen glands i would call the out of hours dentist, as i suspect there is further infection. Has the tooth been filled?

IT SEEMS U HAVE OTHER CRAP GOING ON ,, WITH ALL THE SHAKING AND THROAT STIFF NECK ,, I WOULD DEFENITLY RECOMMEND A TRIP ,, TO A SPECIALIST EITHER DENTAL OR GOOD DOCTOR , SO HOW MANY PAIN KILLERS AND WHAT ARE THEY ,,, FEEELING SICK IS SYMPTOM OF SOME INFECTION POSSIBLY GOING THROUGH BLOOD STREAM,,, NOT TRYING TO SCARE U ,,, BUT ROUTE CANALS USUALLY CALM DOWN AS SOON AS ROUTE IS OPENED ,,, BE CAREFULL
