Tooth pain: antibiotic not working yet!

So about 4 days ago I started to get this shooting pain in my jaw on and off, at first I thought it was my jaw that got hurt somehow, because when I pressed on each tooth bone hurts. But then 2 days later it progress to a throbbing pain from one of my upper right tooth, and it hurts like hell when I touch the tooth (even slightly touch!). I went to doctor as the closest dentist appointment available is a week away. The doctor saw my gum is red but not really swollen, she prescribed metronidazole (Flagyl) 400mg, 3 times a day, as I'm allergic to penicillin so she didn't give me amoxicillin. And I'm taking panadol for the pain. The panadol is working a little but the pain is never completely gone. I start taking the antibiotic last night, but I dont yet feel any relief, not sure how long does the antibiotic take to work but it hurts so bad, especially when I eat or when I sleep, the pain is almost unbearable sad

On my 8th day of antibiotics. I went to the dentist with toothache, she x rayed it and said it was an abscess and prescribed amoxicillin, after four days I was in so much pain and went back where she prescribed me metronidazole to take with the rest of the amoxicillin. Three days later I went back because there was no improvement so she performed first step of root canal treatment. The following day I was pain free for the first time, then in the evening the pain in the tooth started again and was more intense than before, I went back the following day and she said I can clean it further or extract the tooth, I said  please pull it out.  Then nightmare, she gave me five injections to try and numb the area, on the fifth go she attempted the pull, I screamed in pain it was horrendous so she stopped and said she was unable to give me anymore injections and told me I will have to have a further course of amoxicillin and metronidazole to take together. I have started that today and am still in pain. I hope you have more success than me and I sympathise with you. Abscess pain is the worst.

In my case I was crown my 3th front right teeth 10 years ago , last month I start have pain on and off from there , even new bridge crown have been installed in other teeth , my dentist depart for holiday, he appoint another on his place , I visit him he take an X-ray he say no much just 50 50 the teeth start pain I was felt it upon bite , my issues is I do have AS autoimmune disorder and I am constantly on pain certain meds for the immune have a misleading effect on the teeth , on the 11/7/18 I go to see a hospital dentist lady , she also take an X-ray she say I cannot see any infection there , what you want me to do root canal or we wait ? She ask me , a doctor ask the patient what he or she want ? Strange , I realise she want me out money issues all about the money that is what it is , she precsibe amoxicillin 500 with metronidazolone 200 amd I go , the next day oh , the pain was bad and trombine and my face swollen I visit my GP he order amoxicillin and gkavulanic acid plus the metronidazole the swollen was in Maxila next to my nose , adscense was developed there , I call few times to make appointment they do try which they make one , the combination of th antibiotics work the infection subside , the public dental clinic no very good just they seat there and try to do something, I do have insurance but my dentist is no yet arrive , I ask my GP to have full teeth X-ray and I go back to the dentist to see the one appointed , he ask me can I see your teeth yes you do have ascense it feels like a rock he say next to your nose , I charge you to do root canal he say ask them to do it go back and ask them , and still waiting , my dentist arrive on 30/7 so I will go and see him he is a decision maker no fake , I have notice they care for the money, no money no honey , my question is to do root canal or extraction? This is in front and will effect my looks , but the teeth can be save , First what we need to found someone who is no negligent and many are and want the money, the antibiotics holding yes but the body say exist an issue , make some action luck have nothing to do with that all is about money , the money is the primary work who govern the medical profession mostly. The doctors no ask patients what they want to do they act and make decisions like pilots  , some however they want to escape and use this tactics , money they want in reality , so we wait keep taking the antibiotics, until the tomorrow show the outcome , having autoimmune disorder I have to stop all treatment to prioritise the teeth , root canal or extraction? Infection subside , yes , wait until my dentist arrive from his holiday he is a decision maker he can take steps in same time we see the public dental clinic to see what they offer , catch 22 , what I need is American Express card unlimited, and all problems will be solved , as insurance pay a certain amount of money the rest is yours , unless the dentist decide to be humanitarian and he discount you , as long as the money govern the system there will be no cure of anything hiy more complicated situations , some are different however, lots of speculation lots of information what we need a thick wallet I notice , and all doors are open , at this point I wait in limbo until , some divine intervention occured ny accident best is nothing happened to anyone if does , then the issue starts in some complicated cases like my own , antibiotics do work yes , hold and subside the infection but eventually a dentist have to decide what is best for the patient, why they are doctors after all ? This is a question they have to answer , why I want to be a doctor what is my purpose or motivation? Why doctor and no plumber ? Some infections are hidden , the body habe self alert system, give warning pain is one , other complications may mislead the brain to avoid the pain , then infection start , and the Mabo Jambo , many say good luck I no thing luck have anything to do with that , money we need lots of them , this world is all about money and politics
