Top of back pain

How much pain does this illness give it's a nightmare can't cope much more with it bulging disc 3to 7 even sitting hurts top of back how do you cope x

    Hi Karen. Its really hard coping with pain when its at it worst. Eventually, you learn to cope with it better. You also need to be taking the right meds for you. I am still in pain, but because I have now got mine under some control, its not so bad. If I ever forget to miss one of my meds, I pay for it. I have my appt on 13th March to meet up with the spinal team. My specialist has arranged to meet me there. Hopefully, I might get something sorted. I have had this last episode of pain since the beginning of February last year

      God that's along time for pain what did they say where yours was I'm going to ask as well about spinal team not that I want any ops but just advice what's going in, they asked me 2 years ago if I wanted that and said no try pain management and I will ask them for something to work with the meds

      Hi. Mine involves discs from c3/4 to c7. One of them is bulging, causing pressure on the spinal cord. This is the one thats causing all my problems. For some odd reason I have a c shaped curvature of some of the vertebrae in my neck, and this is wher the problem lies. I have a form of osteoporosis where my bones are very soft and its causing a wide range of problems.
