I used to get a weird headache feeling a lot. With dizzyness and a whooshing sound in my ears. Oh how I hate that. It always makes me certain I am about to keel over.

    Hi DearDoe

My two worst symptoms are the anxiety and panic attacks. When they happen all I want to do is find a room and hide. They make it hard for me to function, and enjoy simple life pleasures.

I was there too. They can be crippling. If u had not found the help that I did I am afraid of what might have happened to me.

Mine are stress and anxiety. Both of which opens the door to a host of other symptoms too many to mention.
