I started taking Topamax for Migraines and I get neck spasms after I had a neck dysection from having thyroid cancer. It seems that the Topamax has made the neck spasms more severe. Has anyone else had this experience? It has helped my Migraines so I don't want to stop taking it so not sure what to do.
