Topical anaesthetic reccs?

I have LS and an adhesion on my clitoral hood, and I would like to try to undo it. No idea if it's possible, but I've read about people managing to do this with tissue manipulation techniques like pulling the labia apart etc.

I've tried, quite gently, and I really don't like the feeling of it, for some reason it makes me feel a bit sick (possibly because I'm distressed by the adhesion!) Anyway, was wondering if anyone has a topical anaesthetic they use and can recommend, to make it a bit easier?
