Topiramate help!!!

Okay I realised the other day that I was kind of taking more tablets then I should have 100mg twice a day I had 50mg box so had to make it to 100mg and me being me adding 3 tablets didn't really think it through it is my topiramate.

i am okay within my self i am with it.

i am worried about what if i have overdosed would i know ?

what would happen?

would i damage my insides im stressing out i need advice. please help.
