Torsed large cyst caused right ovary removal - Now have left symptoms - so worried

I had an approximately 7x6x5 cyst located within my ovary that had caused it to twist and die. Surgeon was planning to do a cystectomy but the scans came back and the results were bad and they had to remove my right ovary. Surgery was done laparoscopically.

On the scans, the left ovary shows it also has a small cyst but they didn't touch that one at all since they had to remove the right.

However, it's been a week since my surgery and now I am having new symptoms

I am getting sharp twinges/pinches in my lower left abdomen and lower back ache on both sides. Get pretty nauseous sometimes as well.

Extremely worried. I want to have kids in the future.

Can someone help me ? My surgeon is extremely busy and the earliest I can see her is in a few days.

I'm sorry you are not feeling well.  You say its just been about a week since surgery.  Keep in mind your body is still healing, and there can be pain/discomfort during this time as well.  I am about 8 weeks out and I am finally starting to feel almost normal.  Its good to get it checked, but don't put worry before the facts if you can help it.

Take good care, and I hope you feel better!
