Total hip replacement issues.

had a total hip replacement on August 31 2020image

my surgery was on my right hip. I was told the surgery would only be 2 to 3 hours.... but my surgery took 7 hours. After they installed my new hip socket they proceeded with the metal ball insertion to the femur. while doing so the surgeon said he had possibly fractured my femur. So they had to take everything including the new socket . They then installed a new socket that would fit the new and longer ball femur part and they had to wire around the top of my femur to hold it all together. To this day my right hip has a lot of pain in the joint and groin...and my left outer thigh is numb. I informed my surgeon of this and he said it has nothing to do with the hip operation
