that's awful. I think I would be seeking another opinion from another surgeon or consultant. surely there's something that can be done for you. I hope someone on this forum can give you some positive advice.

Wow that is terrible. So sorry for you and what you’re going through. If you can afford to I would definitely see a new consultant for another opinion. I too am still suffering at seven months post total knee replacement. My doctor told me to bite the bullet for a year and see how it feels. But I still feel there’s something wrong with my tendons and ligaments as they keep snapping and popping and extremely painful. I am seeing a second opinion doctor next week.Best to you.

I am exactly 20 mths out also. In pain every single day. ROM is 102..... I have had second opinions and yes, they all say, "well, your xray looks good, you're walking good". That's their MO. Do surgery and say good bye to you. Im getting a third opinion and 4th if I have to. I am not stopping until something is done. I did have scope done and they cleaned out scar tissue, but the pain NEVER left. I wish you luck!! Keep us posted.

I'm having a pain blocker (look up Boston Scientific) put in. My tkr was also Oct 2018. Mine is call Complex Regional Pain Syndrome by Neuritis from surgical trauma. Different from yours, but the blocker "blocks" the pain signal to the brain. look into it.
