Total knee replacement

my physical therapist wants to push my knee while Im doing heel slides in order for me to get a higher flexion score. I cannot stand that excruciating pain.

Don't let them do it ... it will happen when you are ready.
to many physical therapist's push recovery . they aren't in your body you are...and you hired them and that put you in charge.they have there own agenda. switch to a different company or ask for another therapist. no one deserves to be in excruciating pain forced by a therapist. report it.
be your own self advocate. youtube has exercises for after knee surgery too.
