Trace pericardial effusion please help!

I had a echocardiogram because of my skipped beats etc . One of the findings was a trace pericardial effusion. Dr says all is good but of course I googled it ..  that scared the crap out of me . Anyone please help explain this . How is this ok or normal and does anyone else have this I'm 48 . This has sent my anxiety through the roof.  Any comment would be greatly appreciated
