Tramadol withdrawl

I was on tramadol for only 6 weeks so as pain eased I decided to just stop taking them . wasn't warned about withdrawls I was so poorly . Dr rang me and reduced my does from 50mg x2 3 times a day to nothing in a week . I'm currently on day 19 still having stomach problems diareah every morning . very low mood and anxiety and also fatigue . can anyone tell me if this is normal to still feel this way and when I'm expected to feel normal again please . never ever again will I take this medication 😒😒
