Translate MRI results for me?

I've been suffering with lots of neck stiffness/pain and lots of RSI-like issues up and down my arms and hands. During my investigations with a consultant over the last 2 years, I recently had a MRI before being discharged and told to get some physio.  A while later I was sopied in on a letter from the consultant to my doctor which states the following:

"The MRI of his neck did show prominent transverse processes at C7 and mild degenerative cahnges within the cervical spine.  At T3/T4 there was a broad-based left paracentral disc protrusion but without cord compression or invertebral foraminal stenosis.  There was no MRI evidence for cord demyelination and no definite case for the patients symptomns identified"

Can someone of a scientific-bent, tranlsate this into layman's terms for me?

The mri showed wear and tear in your cervical spine ( neck )

T3/4 roughly between shoulder blades, your disc is slightly squashed, but is not pressing on your spinal cord, and your vertebra at this level are not too narrow or causing pressure on exiting nerves ( to your neck and arms )

Demyelination means the myelin sheath that covers the spinal cord is damaged or partly missing.

Your Mri does not show any damage to the myelin sheath.

Your Mri has not shown a reason for your pain.

    Hope this helps🙂

@Laura3333 - thanks for the breakdown - that helps a lot.  @jessica 78456 - I will write this down and use it in future discussions.  I'm going to try some physio for a bit, but may well go for a second opinion with another consultant if I don't see any improvements.  Thanks again all.
