Transparent ball in both eyes , what is it ?

Hey guys, couple of years ago I started noticing in both eyes two balls appearing, they are transparent and they only appear when i open my eyes wide and I move my head around. As I move they move in the peripheral field of my vision.

I went to 5 specialists this year, the best ones in my country, I did OCT , normal exam, exam on with dilated pupils .... Everything went fine, they said you are fine, you have floaters. The retina was scanned with OCT layer by layer and everything came perfect... This balls are more visible if the background is white ( white wall for example if i see ) ... If i dont stretch my eye ( wide opening ) they dont appear, what could it be ? It gives me anxiety ...

    sounds like floaters or possibly an air bubble though thats usually onlu after surgery
