Trapped gas

hi, ladies

I am menopause don't what stage on my left side feel like Trapp gas, I am scary to eat everything I eat I get gasses from it. when I eat the gas hurt In my chest arms back. Are any of you ladies experience this because I am losing weight from being hungry. I don't know what to do, I eat breakfast and lunch but no dinner I be hungry. please ladies help me here than I get this burning sensation on my left or the top of my stomach.

    well dear i have this stomach issues (stomach pain, burning, bloating, gastritis, acidity) from 20 days & still continuing..i feel like i am suffering this from my birth & this problem will never go
