Hi again, not sure if I have a trapped nerve in my neck or shoulder. Had pain on and off in my neck right hand side into my right shoulder for quite a few weeks now but these past 3 days it's got a lot worse. I have always suffered with my shoulders from been a teenager but it feels like it's but big muscle that goes down either side of your neck at the back into the shoulder. Any advice please xx

Do go & see your doctor who can refer you for an xray/scan. I had a trapped nerve in my neck a few years ago also & collapsed with the pain.
I was given Co-Codamol whilst spending hours in triage but they did help tbh.
There's nothing worse than constant pain but it needs to be checked out. It will get better.

Good idea, pain brings you down. Hope you can get to see your doc....that's a pain in itself....never an appnt' when you really need it.

I've already waited 5 weeks for this appointment on Wednesday to see my own dr. Suppose to see her every 3 weeks cause of my health anxiety and it's a bloody nightmare to get in. Thanks for the reasurrence thou xx
