Trapped wind and bloated

Hi all
I am 46 (1.85m x 75kg), male and well physically fit.
Since I remember (being a child) my stool wasn't thicker than a finger. Few years ago I've seen a specialist and he said my rectum is a bit narrow than normal but not to worry about.... Most of the time is loose or soft blobs and no other symptoms with changed style often. Sometimes floats. Very rare diarrhea but often having a bowel movement every 1- 2 -3 days... it depends. Also quite often if I feel a bowel movement is starting ... has to be "now" .. it can't be delayed ...
Everything started more than a year ago with the main symptom "trapped wind" but no pain or other symptom. I have had blood tests one year ago and everything was ok.
First thing done I have changed my diet where I stopped eating fried, fatty or non healthy food. Being honest I rarely used to eat fatty food in the past. For a while it was ok but than becomes annoying. After every meal I feel bloated and always trapped wind. I spend sometimes hours to get rid of gas. Some days are ok but most of them not. During the night it's ok, no issues...weird My sleep and my lifestyle are bad because of to much stress. No other symptoms to complain. I have tried gluten free or lactose free diet where is a bit better but slim difference. In the last 6 months I use to eat only low calories, low fat or low saturate fat food, lots of green salads, fruits (pineapple, apples, blueberry...). I am eating only chicken or turkey and few sandwiches per week with diary free spreadable and a bit of smoked salmon and always wholegrain bread(2-3 slices / day)
I am really affected about this. I feel tired.... I miss having a lunch with my colleagues...like a grilled burger or a stake, chips, crisps...etc
I plan to see my GP again regarding this issue.
Any advice in meantime?
Your help is highly appreciated guys
Many thanks

have you tried cutting all sugars out including fruit and juices? Also sugar is in loads of foods you may not realise like pasta sauces, peanut butter, ready meals, alcohol and some diet foods. Sugar and alcohol for me are the worst foods for bloating, even healthy foods like bananas and raspberries.

Could be IBS if stress is involved. Ask your doctor for further tests to rule out other possibilities and get a firm diagnosis.

Anyone suffering with bloating and ibs, please buy some peppermint capsules and peppermint tea. It has helped me so much. Very cheap and helps so much.

I have seen a clinical practitioner. He checked my abdomen and everything was alright. No red flags.
He said it is IBS but I need blood test to eliminate any other possible cause.
I have had blood tests and I am not sure if it is bad or good yet (please see attachment)
Red underline is where I am worried.
Does anyone has a clue if it is bad or not?
Many thanks

You will need to speak to your doctor about these results at your follow up appointment. We are not doctors on this site. Your results are as much a mystery to me as they are to you. Only a doctor can interpret them for you.
